Eating on a Budget

I have a ton of random food in the house after the holidays. Instead of shopping for more food, I’ve decided to focus on what I have. This means eating some interesting meals, but that’s okay!

Breakfast: Oatmeal, dried cranberries, a square of Ghirardelli dark chocolate. Water. 


Lunch: Crackers, Hot Link. Tea.


Snack: Iced coffee with milk. Santa gingerbread cookies. 


Dinner: 2 Hawaiian sweet rolls.  Iced coffee with milk. 

Tomorrow I’ll try to eat a vegetable.
